A teppanyaki counter where high-quality Japanese black beef and seasonal ingredients are cooked right in front of you. This steakhouse has its main store in the famous inn "OCHIAIRO", which was founded in 1874 and is a registered cultural property. This store also offers a menu supervised by Hokuto Hasegawa, who has experience as a private chef for the French president.

We offer a lunch course with a selection of main meat dishes. You can also pre-order our pastry chef's special dessert plate, perfect for special occasions. Enjoy an elegant lunch time surrounded by an atmosphere reminiscent of a state guesthouse with its jet black and gold tones.
DINNER
This full-course meal combines high-quality Wagyu beef as the main course with creative Western cuisine supervised by Hokuto Hasegawa, who runs "Gourmandise." The chef dynamically grills fresh ingredients right in front of the guests. Be sure to check out the exquisite dishes, such as sauteed foie gras and beef tongue stew, which are updated versions of traditional Western cuisine.
